I Used to be a Dinosaur

This week, we learned about chickens and how they used to be DINOSAURS. How our teeny tiny feathered friends used to be large and ferocious.

This is a great time to teach our kiddos about dinosaurs, chickens, and eggs. I have included some activities I have made for my own kiddos to go along with our story. Click on the FREE download to print and do at home.

practice counting from 1-4 with a simple but fun chicken puzzle

grab some dot markers and color a tall brachiosaurus

cut out the eggs (chicken eggs? dino eggs?) and match the correct number of dots while learning number recognition
